Greater London
Greater London is the name given to a metropolitan area that
comprises central London and the surrounding regions. It covers
1,579 square kilometres and is administratively divided into the
City of London, 13 Inner London Boroughs and 19 Outer London Boroughs.
London is beautiful even when the sky is grey - so much so that
Samuel Johnson said that "when a man is tired of London, he
is tired of life".
